my summer holidays in sweden is over! I've had such a great summer, so its making school seem even worse than it normally seems.. but i'm sure once i start going again, it wont seem so bad!
Today I ate Blood Pudding! (sounds gross i know!) it is like an old fashioned traditional swedish meal.. it is pretty much just blood, flour and a few other things mixed together.. it was quite alright.. definately edible.. it kinda reminded me of fried fritz..
